You agree to abide by these terms of service and the privacy policy by accessing, using, or signing up for Naview.

Service description

Naview is an online service that allows you to design and build navigation prototypes and test navigation usability with your users. Please see the features page for more information.

Usage and content

Your Naview account is personal and cannot be shared with others. Please ask each of your team members to sign up individually.

You are responsible for all content you submit to Naview including your account information, navigation structures, surveys and so on. We cannot be held responsible for any user-submitted content. You must maintain copies of all your information as we do not make any guarantees against loss of data.

You must not use this service for planning or conducting any illegal or unlawful activities.

Billing and cancellation

Ongoing subscriptions

Naview is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service and there is no long term commitment. When you sign up for an ongoing subscription you are billed immediately in advance for the first month of use and then every month on the same day, or on the last day of that month, whichever comes first.

You can upgrade your account to a higher level plan by contacting us. The price difference between your current plan and the higher plan is billed immediately. Your new, recurring monthly fee will be the price of the higher level plan.

You can cancel your plan at any time and you won’t be charged again. If you cancel your paid plan your account will be moved onto the Free plan at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges are incurred.

Cancelling your plan more than once in a calendar month may attract a cancellation fee.

One-month subscriptions

When you sign up for a one month only subscription you are billed immediately in advance for one month of use and there is no recurring billing. Your plan will revert to the Free plan after one month.

Please contact us if you’re interested in upgrading to a higher level plan or changing your subscription type.

Payments and pricing

We use a safe and secure payment provider for all our online credit card transactions. Payment for the Naview service is made by a valid credit card accepted by our payment provider. We or any other party will not see or store your complete credit card number.

When you sign up for an ongoing subscription you authorise our payment provider to charge your credit card once a month on our behalf for the current price of that plan, until you cancel your subscription.

When you sign up for a one-month subscription you authorise our payment provider to charge your credit card once only on our behalf for the current price of that plan.

If our payment provider is unable to process any payment you will be notified by e-mail. We reserve the right to deactivate your account due to non-payment or an untimely payment authorisation.

All fees are payable in US dollars. All prices are subject to change at any time however we will contact existing customers in advance before any price increases. Current pricing is always listed on the plans and signup page.

Refunds

Naview is a subscription service and all fees paid to Volkside Pty Ltd for the service are non-refundable.

We encourage you to sign up for the Free plan first to try Naview’s capabilities and ensure it is the right tool for you. If you are satisfied with the service you are welcome to upgrade from the Free plan to a paid one at any time on your account page.

Termination

You can cancel your paid plan at any time. To cancel your plan or to completely deactivate your account please contact us.

If you do not log into your account for more than 90 days your account may be deactivated.

We may terminate accounts that appear to be used inappropriately, at our discretion.

Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia for any pursuant legal action.

No warranties and limitation of liability

The Naview service is provided as is, without warrantes of any kind. We provide no guarantees on continued provision or availability of this service.

We do not warrant that the Naview service will meet your requirements or that it will be suitable for any particular purpose. We offer no warranties whatsoever, including those of merchantability, fitness for purpose, title or non-infringement – implied or otherwise.

We assume no liability or responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage to you or your company resulting from any access or use of the Naview service. You use this service at your own risk.
